Who built this, and why it takes no referral fees

This tool was built by Dr Oluwaseun Odiase. It exists because two numbers that decide where Nigerians live are unusually hard to get honestly: what a subsidised mortgage actually costs each month, and what it costs to build today.

The site does no origination. It is not a broker, it does not introduce you to a bank or a developer, and it earns nothing if you proceed. That is deliberate: the moment a calculator earns a referral fee, its defaults quietly start serving the payer.

The only thing it collects is an email address, and only if you offer one after seeing your result. Your income, age, property price and build inputs are never sent anywhere.

Rates are reviewed manually on a monthly cycle from named sources. If a figure looks wrong to you, override it in the tool and send the share link — your overrides travel with the link.
